Frequently Asked Questions
-
I am a certified Precision Nutrition Coach. To remain certified and current, Precision Nutrition requires coaches to retest every two years to maintain their certification.

Dietitians are licensed healthcare professionals who can diagnose and treat medical conditions related to nutrition. Dietitians typically work in medical settings to manage health conditions through specific medical nutrition therapy.
As your nutrition coach, I cannot diagnose or treat you for any medical conditions. But I’m here to support you in making positive changes and developing sustainable eating habits that can lead to improved health, weight loss, and a more positive relationship with food. While I cannot treat or diagnose any medical conditions, I can help you implement nutrition habits that align with your doctor’s recommendations.

My coaching is for anyone 18+ who wants to make sustainable nutrition changes. Whether your goal is improving your overall nutrition, looking to lose weight, or improving your relationship with food, I can offer you guidance and support.
-
Absolutely! I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space for everyone, regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, ability, or background. My goal is to help people from all walks of life reach their nutrition and health goals in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering to them.

No, I currently only work with clients in the United States. Payment processing and coaching regulations vary by country, so at this time, my services are limited to U.S.-based clients.
-
Coaching is an option for anyone looking to make positive changes in their nutrition. It’s perfect for those who might need a little help understanding nutritional concepts, seek accountability, or just want support.
-
I focus on a behavior-based coaching style. Rather than telling you exactly what to eat, I’m here to support you in transforming old habits and making choices that fit your tastes, goals, and everyday life. While this approach might take a little longer to reach your desired outcome since it’s not just a quick fix, the results are designed to last. You’ll develop the skills and confidence to embark on a lifelong journey of healthy nutrition even after our coaching sessions come to an end

All of my coaching sessions are virtual. I offer coaching through Zoom or text. You can choose which platform you prefer. If you like video chat, then I would recommend Zoom, but if you prefer texting, then it may be the best option for you.
Sessions can be once a week or bi-weekly (your choice) and will last 30 minutes per session.
-
If you decide to work with me, I offer text-based direct message support. This means if you get stuck and need help in between our coaching sessions, you can send me a text message or email, and I will help you out.
-
Typically, I will start by checking in with you to see how you’re feeling. I might ask you about your previous week regarding the goals we had set. We will discuss any concerns you may have and adjust the plan to fit your needs and goals. We may review what you ate, how much movement you got, or if you had any roadblocks. Occasionally, I may ask you for weigh-ins or progress photos to help with tracking (this is completely optional and only if you feel comfortable). This is all meant to be supportive and collaborative so I can help set you on the right path. We will also discuss your goals for the upcoming week(s) and your comfort level with them.
-
Although I do not write personalized meal plans, I will work with you to create a menu that you enjoy and will fit your goals.
-
Currently, I am offering a 3-month package and a 6-month package. However, this does not guarantee that you will reach your goal within this time frame. Results and goals vary for everyone
-
Results vary for each person, which is perfectly normal! This can happen because everyone starts their journey from a unique place and may have different goals in mind.
-
Yes! Once your package term ends, you can have priority sign up (so you don’t lose your spot on my roster), and we can continue the coaching right where you left off.
-
Absolutely!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, it’s no problem as long as you provide me with 24 hours' notice. However, this should not become a recurring issue.
