I’m Amanda, a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach.
These days, nutrition and weight loss are more complicated than they need to be. The internet is saturated with conflicting advice and ads promising quick fixes: a pill, a trendy workout, or a superfood that is supposed to melt the weight away.
That confusion is exactly why I became a certified nutrition coach.
I help people lose weight in a realistic, sustainable way by cutting through the noise and focusing on what actually works: science-based nutrition, behavior change, and habits that fit into real life.
I’m not here to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan or tell you what you can and can’t eat. My approach is to meet you where you’re at and help you build habits that you can stick with. No food is off-limits, and you don’t have to be perfect to see progress.
As your coach, I work alongside you as a support system and guide. Together, we focus on improving your nutrition, building a better relationship with food, and creating behavior changes that support long-term weight loss.
