When I first started my own journey, I was overwhelmed. There’s so much conflicting advice out there—one person swears by keto, another swears by intermittent fasting, and someone else tells you it’s all about just moving more. So, you pick a plan, commit to it, push yourself… and then hit a wall.
And that’s when the doubt creeps in. Did I choose the wrong diet? Was I not working hard enough? What am I doing wrong?
So, you try again. And again. And every time, it feels like you’re back at square one.
At some point, it’s easy to start blaming yourself—or blaming the influencers who made it all sound so simple. You might even feel hopeless, like a lost cause.
But here’s the truth: You are NOT the problem. You just haven’t been given the right tools.
That’s exactly why I became a nutrition coach—to help cut through the noise and give people real, practical strategies that actually work.
I’m not here to hand you a one-size-fits-all plan or tell you what you can and can’t eat. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you build sustainable habits that fit your life. No food is off-limits, and no, you don’t have to be perfect to see progress.
